Cleaning, Home Watch, and Maintenance Service Costs

Cleaning
Domestic cleaning starts at $0.11 per square foot with a $100 minimum
Commercial cleaning starts at $0.20 per square foot
Construction cleaning starts at $0.30 per square foot
Service add-ons are available, such as window cleaning, laundry, furniture, etc. These jobs are quoted individually.

Home Watch
We will use our 30-point checklist to protect your home during your absence
1 visit per month $40
2 visits per month $70
Weekly visits $120
Home Watch Add-ons
Vehicle Service +$20
We will check and drive your vehicle during the visit
Send mail to alternate address +$20 plus shipping cost
Your mail will be collected and shipped to an address of your choosing
Damp Prevention +$10 per bag
Damp rid bags placed in car or home to stop damp
Watering Plants Priced individually
We will water any indoor or outdoor plants that a sprinkler system cannot reach
Open or Close property upon arrival/departure +$10 per visit or $50 for an additional unscheduled visit
An open/close of a property consists of: Water turned on/off, plastic wrap on/off toilets, disposal oiled, hot water breaker on/off, electric shutters up/down, AC/Humidistat adjusted
Maintenance
Basic jobs & tasks $45 per hour
Specialist jobs Priced individually
We can provide a selection of tradesmen and specialists including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, locksmiths, carpet + floor cleaners, mechanics, appliance repairs, pool maintenance, interior designers, and renovation teams.
