Snowbird Services offers very detailed Home Watch service consisting of our secure 30 Point Checklist which we use to guarantee the best house sitting services for your house or Condo in Bonita Springs, Naples, Marco Island or Estero. Upon arriving at the property we do a thorough investigation of the exterior of the house, inspecting the yard, the sprinklers, and anything else that might be a concern. After the outside, we ensure the inside is in the same condition as when the homeowner or vacation rental guests checked out.
We walk around the interior inspecting for leaks or water spots on the ceiling, we check bathrooms, as well as the AC system and all major appliances. If we notice anything unusual on the interior or exterior of your home we will notify you immediately. Open or Close property upon arrival/departure +$10 per visit or $50 for additional unscheduled visit
An open/close of a property consists of: Water turned on/off, plastic wrap on/off toilets, disposal oiled, hot water breaker on/off, electric shutters up/down, AC/Humidistat adjusted
